katarzyna.taluc@us.edu.pl Author BiographyKatarzyna Taluć - PhD, Professor at the University of Silesia in Katowice, works at the Institute of Polish Studies of the Faculty of Humanities. Her research interests include the history of the book and press of the 19th and 20th centuries, with a particular focus on second-circulation and regional issues. Her second main area of research interest is children's and young people's books and the reception of various types of texts, including digital ones, aimed at a young audience. She recently published Source Materials for the Scientific Biography of Rev. Prof. Wincenty Myszor (a selection of correspondence) (2019). Editor and co-editor of the volumes Literature for Children and Young People (vols. 3-5).
