Andrew Kornbluth, The August Trials: The Holocaust and Postwar Justice in Poland

jkoszarska@gmail.com Author BiographyCurator and researcher. Member of the Holocaust Literature Research Team at the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In 2020-2021, she was a grantee of The Rothschild Foundation Hanadiv Europe and Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture. Together with Natalia Romik, she curated the exhibitions “(po)ŻYDOWSKIE... Opatów shtetl through the eyes of Majer Kirszenblat” (2024) and “Strangers at Home. Around March '68” (2018). She worked in the curatorial team preparing the permanent exhibition of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews. She is working with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC, as part of the Holocaust Justice Project. In 2024, she published, “Faithful to its own rift. Identity issues in the work of Arthur Sandauer”.
